Kick-off call: What hurts most?

On the first call. We do not need weeks of preparation. We discuss what troubles you most about your Azure costs: growing spend, opaque invoices, unclear cost accountability, or simply the feeling that you are paying more than you should. Based on that we recommend concrete first steps that make sense even before a formal assessment.

FinOps Maturity Assessment

Weeks 1–2. We map the true state of your FinOps maturity — not what you think you are doing, but what is actually happening. Tagging, budgeting, reporting, optimisation, governance. Output: an accurate FinOps maturity score and a clear map of where you are today and where you need to get to.
